2008 dinner event with Dr Zerhouni, NIH Director as Guest of Honor: More than 30 scientists in biomedical filed from Washington DC area, from the Maghreb gathered with Dr. Elias Zerhouni. The dinner was graciously hosted by the Moroccan Ambassador to the US, Mr. Aziz Mekouar. A symbolic Award was presented to Dr. Zerhouni, to acknowledge his efforts in promoting scientific research in the Maghreb region. A video of the event will be projected followed by a discussion about cooperation of scientists from the Maghreb (click here for photos).
